You are trying to have it both ways. We are not at war with Mexico and there is no verifiable emergency; per Trump’s own statement I didn’t have to do it just want it done faster 
. I do however agree that Congress should get bipartisan work done

It might be legal, but what Trump is trying to do is wrong. Spending all of this money on a wall will not solve the problems at the border. We need a more wholistic approach. I also don’t believe what’s happening constitutes an emergency. Do you?
