Yesterday, the House Veterans’ Affairs Health Subcommittee held a hearing to discuss several new legislative proposals to improve veterans’ health care, including the Oversight of Women Veterans’ Care Act and the Women Veterans Peer Counseling Enhancement Act.

Why gender specific? Really just why? Why not create a single Veterans Care system that provides care to both Male and Female veterans with exceptional medical care? Especially one that doesnt just give out medication whereas actually providing both mental and physical care.
