You can track your application and should notify FEMA of changes to your mailing address, phone number, email address, or if you receive an insurance settlement. Any necessary documents can also be uploaded directly by going online to http://DisasterAssistance.gov .

Applicants can also call the helpline at 800-621-3362; TTY 800-462-7585. Those who use 711 or Video Relay Service may call 800-621-3362. The toll-free numbers are open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time seven days a week.
