Sadly, just a few months ago, President Trump halted a critical initiative that helps us fight pay discrimination and create a level playing field for women and for minorities.

We cannot take even the smallest step backward when it comes to fighting for equality. That is why I support the Paycheck Fairness Act, legislation to ensure better enforcement of laws against wage discrimination.
