is dismantled, all websites/connections are blacklisted until government has access to data, and follows certain protocols. They may adopt an anticompetitive model. -
Meaning more expensive commercial programs may be the only option, cheaper programs would be blocked. Only Adobe CC, no Paint Shop Pro - there were cases decades ago on competition trying to shut down cheaper programs mimicking patented apps. Might see this fight again.
