Since I launched #WomenVetsTaskForce, I have continuously heard concerns from vets about the prevalence of sexual harassment & sexual assault at VA facilities. Shockingly, studies show that at least 1 in 4 #womenvets experience sexual & gender-based harassment at VA facilities.
