I introduced the Equal Access to Contraception for Veterans Act to address this critical disparity that prevents women vets from having equal access to health care, and I look forward to working with my colleagues to ensure we fix this glaring gap in care for our women vets.

Yes, okay, good idea. But the co-pay is either 5 or 8 dollars, per script and some scripts cover 90 days - is that a barrier? Veterans in general average five prescriptions at a co-pay cost of 25 to 40 dollars a month. That can be a barrier, That's what you should be looking at.
