My Democratic colleagues tried once again on Thursday, for the third time, to take up and pass a bill to reopen the government, but House Republicans refused to even allow it to be debated.

To be fair, there’s stubbornness on both sides. Not here to argue the policies but we’re stuck with a 2 party system that seems to screw us either way.
