Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the vigil will begin at 6 p.m. My heart continues to ache for everyone affected by this tragedy.

As our community begins to heal after last night’s horrific mass shooting, the City of Thousand Oaks will be holding a vigil to honor the lives we lost. The vigil will be held at the Kavli Theater at Thousand Oaks City Hall.
