Unfortunately, these critical programs and protections are set to expire on September 30th. That is why I am an original co-sponsor of the 2018 Violence Against Women Act reauthorization bill (#VAWA18).

I was proud to support #VAWA in '13. This important legislation that provides protections/programs for victims of domestic violence/sexual assault also included new efforts for improving campus security, protections for victims, sexual assault reporting requirements for colleges.pic.twitter.com/WT20kRgFb3
