Today marks three years since the Veterans Entrepreneurship Act was signed into law -- legislation that makes it easier for veterans to start their own business.
Last year, I introduced bipartisan bill, Veteran Entrepreneurs Act, to take another step to make it easier for vets to start own business by lowering up-front costs for veterans opening a franchise — good option for first-time small business owners because of built-in support.
