Will FTR rehire all the techs they've lost over the years so repairs don't take 3 weeks or more? Doubtful. Will they replace the copper that's been in the ground for decades and patched repeatedly? Highly unlikely. They will do the bare minimum to get by. They should be banned.
Heard from many frustrated Frontier customers at our rural broadband town hall in Chenango County last week. Glad to see they are finally being taken seriously.
