Might want to consider giving Vietnam veterans the 2010 Caregiver stipend we give POST 9/11 vets w questinable PTSD and or substance abuse Looks like expansion won’t happen in October Will ALL CAREGIVERS BE DROPPED? Or will elder physically disabled be the only ones denied?
