As a constituent, and a 20 year federal employee, family with serious medical issues, father and husband from Oxford, I’m all for not closing hospitals. But, what is far more important is modernizing these hospitals with cutting edge telehealth, providing incentives 4 good staff
I intro'd the Access for Rural Communities (ARC) Act with @RepTomReed & @RepStefanik because we won’t allow rural hospitals, like Rome Memorial & Chenango Memorial, to be closed due to a bureaucratic mess.
