The House is legislating and McConnell has blocked it all. He’s used his position to accumulate wealth and power. You want to penalize new hard-working house members because of what McConnell is doing? We need more representatives who rely only on their congressional salary.

It sounds like from that news that Congress has put off the raise every year for the last 10 years. So I don't think a 4500 dollar raise after 10 years without one is out of the question. I'm more concerned with not allowing Congresspersons to make money outside of their pay.
