.@RepBrindisi, as a constituent I'm very disappointed that you were one of the 5 Democrats who voted for the Republicans' motion to recommit on #SJRes7. #NY22 needs a Rep to stand against US support for a war that has caused the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.

And I thank you for that! What was your rationale for voting for the motion to recommit? It almost derailed the entire War Powers Resolution.
Because I also support taking a stand against BDS.

Why tie those together? It was an effort by Republicans to derail legislation to end US support for the war on Yemen by taking advantage of legislators’ support of Israel. It had nothing to do with Israel.
