In the “timing is everything” category, my Internet was slower than you-know-what today. I also object to their false advertising on speeds. I pay for 100 mbs. But that’s only, ONLY, if it’s wired in. Wireless & it drops to about 70. On a good day-& I’m in the city (Bing)! 
We heard from #NY22 residents struggling with their cable & internet providers. Frequent rate hikes & slow internet speeds aren’t just inconveniences, it hurts our way of life. We went into Spectrum to question why channels that we had were unavailable & our bill went up not down (less for more). The employees there are so miserable they don’t even pretend to care or help.
