What if we don’t want either one? Can we get some kind a break on our bill for all those times the channels we actually do watch don’t even bother coming in?

I paid for cable for years, but now have Spectrum only for internet and phone. This helps pay me back not at all.

Thank you so much for your efforts on this issue! My rebate is more than covering next next month’s bill, and best of all, I feel vindicated after years of crappy service from both TWC and Spectrum. (And PS - as I wrote this, Eva and Anna appeared by my side!)

This should not have been an acceptable solution. By not providing the speeds they said they would, that's a breach of contract. They should be forced to pay people back, for the services they did not receive. Also, are they going to correct the problem going forward?

great, but what about those of us who only have internet & phone? We're the ones ripped off by the slower internet speed gig...
