There is no population in this country who should be better cared-for than our vets. They should have AUTOMATIC, COMPREHENSIVE health care (including psychiatric care) with no questions asked. Any other reality is appalling.
Vets should never have to miss a doctor’s appointment because they don’t have access to child care. Today I offered an amendment to @RepBrownley’s #ChildCare4Vets bill to ensure rural vets have access to free child care when they use VA health care. WATCH:https://youtu.be/8kgJf1PhanU
