Is there any way to find out who is blocking and what the issue is?

Do we have a right to humanely end our own lives if terminally ill?
-
Sure—-move to Oregon
-
Welp, that's a problem then. It should be federal.
-
That is a state issue—-if the ppl of South Carolina (just as example) find it immoral should they be forced to bend to the will of California?? What other laws would you choose to force down the throats of the minority?
-
Fundamental rights aren't a state issue.
-
And the right to die is a fundamental right? Where is that right detailed?
-
We don't have the right or the agency to end our own lives if we so choose?

The issue is the bill doesn't address the real issue. It removes the FDA from process, FDA already approved 90%+ of requests. Does nothing for companies who need to provide the treatment and they are the ones refusing.
