This bill would limit class action law suits, and needlessly threaten the privacy of asbestos victims.
The end game? Enable corps to avoid both blame & accountability when they’ve harmed consumers/knowingly exposed workers to toxic chemicals.

Our courts are the cornerstone of justice. We need to find ways to expand ― not restrict ― access to our legal system for victims.
