I understand this portal is improved than what was the before, but the only help I got from this was an automated clarification that I have to wait at least 2 more weeks before potentially hearing anything about my unemployment benefits.

I understand, there are no perfect answers right now. The Department of Labor is processing 100x the number of claims it typically does. I’m working with my colleagues in Washington to provide more money for states right now.

I need to talk to someone at unemployment. I was already on unemployment before this started with a return date. My return needs to be changed . I have called every morning for the last two weeks and cannot get through. I may not be getting paid from here on out.
