I am a small business owner women and a minority, I have closed my business for I don’t know how long. I don’t make any money if I don’t work. So, I am excluded from any help from the government?

I read the entire document. Let me be totally clear: I hate Trumps guts, but I think they are loosening some “red tape”to get the help out faster. This does not mean that the money is not there to help ALL small businesses. These news loosened restrictions are only for 3 months.
