You've probably seen a report lately about "flattening the curve" (see the article below). That's social distancing. If you can work from home, do so. If you can change a meeting to a call or videoconference, do so. If you can cancel a social engagement, you should do so. If you don't have to go out, don't. This is extremely difficult, but it's so critical.
