This morning I asked @SecAzar if there would be a Coronavirus Czar. He said he was in charge and it was "the smoothest interagency process" in his 20 years.

The lack of coordination in the Executive Branch in response to this outbreak is alarming. This is a serious public health emergency and the Administration better start acting like it.

I don't think we can wait on Trump to find his inner humanitarian. We probably need to proceed as if he's unwilling to help. There have to be private organizations out there ready and willing to pick up the slack?

Some State's are responding appropriately. I also asked him about Federal support of the work States are doing to protect their citizens.
