      The War on Drugs has a history based in racism & xenophobia. It stoked fears of "reefer madness" & said marijuana users were dangerous & violent.       As the War on Drugs expanded, it was used for cynical political ends by politicians seeking to disrupt minority communities's political power.           If you believe criminal laws using police power is a political question you are above the law. Judiciary is above the law. Lawyers will not defend the right of liberty, freedom from unreasonable incarceration, or property. Police power is a controversy for an Article III court.
