Abortions after 24 weeks are only performed if the life or health of the mother is at risk or the fetus is nonviable. It is an incredibly painful decision for anyone to make. And it is a decision to be made only by a woman and her doctor.

Pay attention to what YOUR PARTY is doing in other states. Governor Cuomo signed a NEW law that allows for abortion for ANY reason up until birth. And non-physicians can perform the abortions-- so forget the "mother and her doctor" part. And they lit up the ESB to celebrate!!

Not true. The new law in NY clearly gives wide latitude for nearly any reason. And, there a significant documented cases where unborn babies were deemed non-viable, survived botched abortions, and went on to live incredible lives. Stop lying.
