How can she be a constituent? She can't vote. Why not invite an immigrant who went through the legal process to become a citizen?

@RepBonnie Rep. Coleman isn't very smart as Trump doesn't do hiring on that level. Rep. Coleman will only show the need for E-verify because Ms. Morales is in the country illegally and is illegally using fake IDs and a stolen Social Security number.
