A duly elected president by the people has the right under the Constitution to nominate a judge to the Supreme Court. Then confirmation goes to the Senate. All above board. Benghazi didn't stop the last guy in the WH. People died. Foley was disregarded to rescue as BO dithered.
With this many guilty pleas and convictions, there's a very clear cloud over this President that grows darker every day. This man should NOT be permitted to make a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court until (and unless) he can be cleared of that shadow.
