I'm not sure why people think that people don't want to work my son is a 4-year college graduate and has had a hard time finding employment that pays him enough to even get his own apartment yet he's in thousands of dollars worth of debt there is such a problem.
Agreed! But we also need to make a big emphasis on the “good paying” department. Child and senior care workers are criminally underpaid. Who can live in NJ on $9-11 an hour? Even more so if you have a family.
