Is it true that it's set up so that a yes vote kills DACA and a no vote kills CHIP? That seems like an unfair decision to force someone to make.

@theseldonplan A YES vote extends CHIP for 6 years, pays our troops, reopens the fed. govt. (stopping#SchumerShutdown) , & restarts immigration issues discussions (border security, dreamers, fixing chain migration, and fixing visa lottery). A no vote keeps does the opposite.
