That’s a Republican for ya. This bill helps jobless Americans during a pandemic, giving them badly needed relief, which relief is also absolutely necessary to keep desperate economy chugging. But because $$ are for averagge Americans, not rich ppl, Repubs vote no.
It’s unfortunate that we can’t start from a viable point for the next relief bill. This is not the time for political posturing to hold up legislating.
