It jeopardized the continued development of drinking water lines, pipelines, and electrical wires. Water, gas, and electricity. What are people across our nation supposed to do when a district court goes out of its purview to affect their access to necessities?
That's why Republican and Democratic administrations have rigorously opposed nationwide injunctions by district courts. These sorts of injunctions go far beyond what is required to address the issue at hand by imposing a directive way beyond what is necessary.
