Pelosi's #COVID19 bill is 1,119 pages and contains provisions for "conducting risk-limiting audits of results of elections" so yeah it's really very focused on the crisis at hand.

I would say this is a pretty damn good time to limit stock buybacks. The savings needs to be built into the system instead of needlessly implementing every dollar of capital. Buybacks were the bubble economy.

I’ll add that I’m getting hammered by this, but am responsible enough to have an emergency fund. I don’t need a bailout. Anyone making good money shouldn’t need a bailout. Help the half of America living paycheck to paycheck. Big corps can borrow against assets.

Seems like if we had "risk-limiting audits of results of elections" a few years ago we might not be in such a dire situation. You know if our president who lost the popular vote even with Russia's help didnt then go on to cut the pandemic team and call it a hoax for a month Kelly
