I had the honor of meeting SMSgt Wayne Sharp yesterday. He was named the @usairforce First Sergeant of the Year, a prestigious award that not only recognizes his hard work & dedication to his fellow airmen, but also brings recognition to all those serving at @TeamMinotpic.twitter.com/4a7EwrKDYf
In this role, Sharp is responsible for the health, morale, welfare, & discipline of the enlisted members in the 5th Maintenance Squadron. His primary mission is taking care of his airmen, and nobody did it better than him this past year.
