Interesting that you and your GOP pals are now touting the CBO when you guys were so eager to pass bills just a couple years ago without a CBO score. Let’s face it, if this was a GOP bill, you wouldn’t care what the CBO said.

I have an economics question. America has nearly full employment, record Dow Jones and increased spending (along with increased debt). It also has a record debt of $1 trillion dollars. What will happen when a recession starts with this existing national debt?

It's too much all at once. South Carolina is set to go up to $9.25 this year, New York is $13.50. The difference in cost of living in these two states are huge. The federal minimum should be a baseline, and let the states adjust theirs accordingly as they've been doing.

I want to see you facts! Since most of #NorthDakota is already paying higher than minimum wage, how are we going to lose jobs. Right now we are over flowing with jobs, so how are we going to lose them? You are just a rich man wanting to make your money on the backs of workers!

You are outright saying that corporate greed is so high that ANY possible dip into their already insane profits and/or CEO compensation would instead be thrust onto workers in the form of layoffs, and you’re okay with that.

So, the poorer the majority of Americans are the better. Okay, why can't you take $7 wage and show American people that they don't need $15 minimum wage to survive. Your cut might save 4million jobs, waiting for your moves.
