If the lawsuit is successful, health insurers will be able to deny coverage to individuals with pre-existing conditions like asthma, diabetes, cancer, mental illness or substance abuse.

I’ve joined 93 colleagues on a Resolution directing the House to intervene in the lawsuit and defend the constitutionality of protections for people with pre-existing conditions.
