Open Office hours, huh? Your Ballwin office had no idea where constituents could find a schedule of these “open office hours” the last three times I called. Shouldn’t your constituents be informed on when we can talk with you?

I received an email several months after the fact for one of these in Jefferson County. A fellow constituent did some digging only to find out she sent a staff member to stand there with literature in case anyone showed up. She has no interest in real constituent feedback.
