Today I voted no on Speaker Pelosi’s impeachment resolution. It is a disservice to our nation that we are subjected to this unfair process that Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi have wielded against the American people by way of closed door secret meetings.

Congress must get to work for the people and pass legislation like the USMCA, fair drug pricing, and the NDAA, legislation we need to ensure our military readiness and a strong national security.

Why is it unfair? Our founders specifically said bribery was an impeachable offense. All the facts and the Presidents own statement say he tried to bribe Ukraine by withholding support the Congress had already given.

How is it unfair? Is the Constitution unfair? Is accountability unfair? Have you read the transcript that the WH released? Have you read the 300+ lawyers that unanimously agreed the process appropriate? Did you promise to uphold the Constitution? Do you have a conscience?
