"Fiscally responsible" is an interesting phrase. Is that the $3.8+trillion these second tax "cuts" add to the backs of working Americans...or is it the $52,000 draperies @nikkihaley bought...or is it the $1.5+trillion the first tax cuts for the rich added to the deficit?
