There’s exactly one person who should decide this. The woman who wishes to have or not have coverage. With consultation with a doctor who is ethical.

My adopted son would disagree. He definitely has standing on abortions, and as a Catholic sides with Little Sisters of the Poor who shouldn't be required to violate their religious beliefs because you don't value life. Take a seat, Pat.

Access to healthcare is a human right. Access to reproductive freedom is a human right. Women have a right to control the health and reproductive rights of their own bodies. Why are old elitist white men in Washington trying to take away women's healthcare rights?

Tell my adopted son nuns should be forced to pay for abortifacients, Marie.

"..no law with respect to an establishment of religion...". This means churches and religions are NOT entitled to ANY special treatment or exemptions. Time to get rid of the tax exempt status. If these entities try to impose themselves on the rest of us we need fix this.

Your civics teacher failed you, Bopity. No law to an establishment of a religion means the government will not choose what religion, if any, you will partake. This case is about protecting nuns' religious freedoms and whether they should have to pay for abortifacients.

FIFY: Today the SCOTUS is deciding whether nuns have to pay for abortifacients, in clear conflict of their religious covenants.

It will NOT be "decided" today, Andy. Turn in your bar card. Today is oral argument day. Women can decide anything they want. They cannot force nuns to foot the bill to end a life through dismemberment or unnatural expulsion of a developing life.

Hmmm - still leaving this up to deceive followers? Were you listening to the oral arguments? See this thread, Andy. One day you too can get up to speed.https://twitter.com/LukeWGoodrich/status/1258091492834340865 …
