What is going on here? I don’t think most people (myself included) understand how this is supposed to work. Do all House members normally have access to these hearings or the info/testimony? If so, how is Schiff getting away with this?

This is like a grand jury + only certain members are allowed.
@RepAndyHarrisMD is lying about this. Some republicans are on the House committees and are included in these meetings in the SCIF. These republicans that violated the national security of our country should be charged. - 2 more replies

Andy, it's sad how comfortable you have become lying and misleading your constituents and other Americans. I won't forget come election time and will remind others.

Better tell that to your Freedom Caucus friends: “Rep. Meadows, one of Trump’s staunchest allies, said each side has been allowed an unlimited amount of questions they can ask of witnesses.”

THREAD (2) 1/ Rep. Schiff, "Unlike in past impeachment proceedings in which Congress had the benefit of an investigation conducted in secret by an independent prosecutor, we must conduct the initial investigation ourselves."
-
2/ "This is the case because the Department of Justice under William Barr expressly declined to investigate this matter after a criminal referral had been made." - Rep. Schiff
