        bloosurf doesn't offer a speed on it's site it just states 4x DSL for $55/month. That is laughable. A true conservative would not be advocating apportioning government funds for garbage service and instead allow a total and complete free market... Including community fiber

        DSL is not even a standard speed. It can be as low at 0.5 megabit. That would mean bloosurf could be advertising 2.0 megabit for $55/month. Providers should be required to have a minimum speed for usable family internet in order to qualify for federal funds. 250Mb down, no caps
