it *does* allow a tiny slice of canada's tiny dairy market. I'm originally from Wisc and people were saying nafta2.0 will save dairy farms. so I looked up the numbers. it will not. (it's not about liquid milk) and that's supposed to be the "crown jewel" of the new agreement
