Alito cited "tradition" and "symbolism" (not law) as basis for supporting a religious symbol on public land. Ginsburg cited law in her opinion. The cross is a Christian symbol. We need to support our vets in life. Repeal AUMF before Trump uses it to make more dead soldiers.

Maybe the cross should remain, but it shouldn’t be maintained with public money. If that isn’t state endorsement of religion, I don’t know what is.
