Dear Andy, Did u send out an email in advance or was it spur of the moment? It sure looks like a spur of the moment thing. During work hours, of course. I expect you to plan a 2nd Town Hall, your constituents have questions for u face to face.
Residents of the First District are welcome to join me at my town hall in Fruitland from 5:30 to 6:30 pm as I discuss what I’ve been doing in Congress for our community in Maryland.

So do I have this correct? One hour prior to the town hall our rep sent out this invite. Why not a few days ago so people could plan? Especially since he does so few real town halls. Telephone town halls do NOT count.
