Rep. Harris — if you have concerns, especially in line with the ones the ACLU has voiced, perhaps you could follow their recommendations of proposing amendments to tighten up the language so H.R.1 no longer raises concerns re: 1st Amendment rights?

Bottom line, you're scared more people can vote.
