It’s about time you attempted to focus on an issue that affects your district. Where were you while this problem was festering and growing in your district? Hanging out with your FReedom Caucus Bros, conferring with Holocaust Deniers and accepting contributions from big pharma.

But what about true chronic pain patients? Having their pain meds cut in reaction to the opioid crisis is having a deleterious effect on the quality of life. This is not a black and white problem - there is gray.

The opioid crisis is important but aren't there negotiations on funding the government going on. Check your web page: You are on the House Appropriations Committee! A picture of you working with Democrats to solve the next shutdown would be more appropriate at this time.

What about legitimate chronic pain pts who will never get better. Left to suffer turning to suicide. There has to be a better answer. Our Vets are dying because of this too. Its wrong. We want to work w the govt but no one will listen to contact us back. Our docs are threatened.
