The real sadness is, Black Americans comprise the majority of families living in those units & enduring the associated poverty. It’s not enough 2 decry conditions, the lives of Black Amer must be improved w/ targeted, reparative policies.Until then,these condemnations r useless
Everyone should have access to affordable, clean living conditions. It is ridiculous that poorly sustained units are being deemed acceptable by #HUD when they are falling apart.
