FYI, in Heller, Scalia affirmed society limiting access to weapons that pose an undo threat. The Las Vegas shooter used an AR to murder 58 people and injure over 800, all in less than ten minutes. Can you tell me this isn’t exactly the situation Scalia was speaking to.

The Founding Fathers never pictured semiautomatic weapons with high capacity magazines that can kill dozens in a minute. AR-15s & other modern military weapons should NOT be in the hands of anyone that has drug, alcohol & mental issues that make them violent.
